Liebe Community,
nach nun gut mehr als einem Jahr des daddelns muss/will/kann ich auch mal meinen Senf dazu geben
Ach ja und nebenbei, danke für die schnelle Lösung zwecks Forumsregistrierung, ich dachte schon ich mache was falsch. [Image: huh.png]
 
Zunächst einmal, grundsätzlich ist das Spiel erste Sahne und wirklich ein überaus netter Zeitvertreib von Unterwegs aus oder aber auch vom Sofa zuhause aus. Nach einer gewissen Spieldauer sind mir ein paar Dinge aufgefallen, die ich gerne einmal anregen und ansprechen möchte.

1. Bashregel
Ich habe das Spiel, als es zuvor Online war, nicht lange gespielt 2 Wochen vielleicht, aber ich meine mich erinnern zu können, dass es da eine Art Bashregel gab. Es sollte Spielern nicht erlaubt sein andere Spieler so sehr zu bashen, dass diese keine Möglichkeit haben weiter zu spielen. Leider wurde dieses Bashing auch mit der Einführung der Archievments (PVP Kämpfe) ziemlich geschürt. Man kann diese Regel hoch setzen, wie 50 Angriffe in 24 Stunden oder so. Aber ich denke es ist unabdingbar, dass so eine Regel eingeführt wird. Schon alleine für den Spielererhalt.
2. Noobschutz
Neben der Bashregel sollte ein einheitlicher Noobschutz eingebaut werden. Ich sehe es leider viel zu häufig, dass higher Level Spieler die Low Level Spieler ausnehmen, was das Zeug hält. Hier ist auch mit das Achievment PVP Kämpfe für verantwortlich. Denn es ist der einfachste Weg dieses Achievment voll zu bekommen. Ich rede hier nicht von einem Noobschutz der weiß ich nicht 4-5 Level ausmacht. Nein ich denke es sollte eine generelle Regelung eingeführt werden, dass man sagen wir niemanden angreifen kann der 30-40 Level unter einem ist. Greift ein kleinerer Spieler einen Spieler an der 30-40 Level über ihm ist, sollte dieser Spieler Vogelfrei werden. Sprich man darf diesen für eine gewisse Zeit angreifen. Hierzu sollte der Spieler bei dem klick auf Attacke jedoch die Meldung erhalten, dass wenn er angreift Vogelfrei wird. Ich denke wenn Punkt 2 und 3 eingeführt werden würden, gäbe es auch nicht mehr so viele Clan Killer (Ich habe letztlich auch angefangen innerhalb des Clans inaktive Spieler zu suchen, um eben dieses Achievment zu beenden. Wäre aber jetzt auch nicht traurig, wenn das nicht mehr gehen würde).
3. Diener und Ausrüstung
Mit der Wiedereinführung des Spiels wurden von Beginn an kleine Veränderungen vorgenommen, die im Verlauf des Spiels erst richtig deutlich werden. Manchmal bin ich nicht sicher ob diese Tatsache wirklich wahrgenommen wurden von den Entwicklern. Beispielsweise wird der Kaufpreis einer Ausrüstung bei jedem Kauf um 10% des Grundwertes angehoben.
In der Summe betrachtet sieht das so aus, dass man für 1.500 Ritualdolche des Heiden insgesamt ca. 12Billionen Blut zahlen muss (Rundungsfehler inbegriffen). Nur um diese zu kaufen. Für die anderen beiden besten Einheiten sind es, wenn ich mich recht erinnere um die 3Billionen. Das heißt ich muss insgesamt mindestens 15Billionen Blut berappen nur um mir diese Einheiten zu kaufen. Ziemlich Utopisch für meinen Geschmack.
Das Einkommen hierfür liegt ohne Vorteile bei 6.690.000.000 Blut und mit Vorteil (5% weniger Kosten) bei 6.355.500.000 Blut. Für einen Blutgott zahle ich mittlerweile 28.372.500.000. Mein EK liegt bei ca. 3,2Billionen. Gerade also bei der Hälfte was benötigt wird.
Mir stellt sich hier die Frage wie man mit dem bisschen was die Bots geben an solche Summen herankommen soll. Keine Frage das Spiel sollte nicht zu einfach sein. Aber wieso gibt es hier nicht eine Stufenweise % Anhöhung des Eks wenn man z.B. Missionen vervollständigt, wie im Steampunk oder Kriegsspiel? Oder aber vielleicht 1-2 neue Diener, um hier eine Balance zu finden? Klar ihr habt die Botserträge angehoben, gleichzeitig habt ihr aber gestoppt, dass man die Bots neu laden kann. Was dazu führt, dass man letztens Endes nicht mehr Blut erhält als vorher.
4. Spielerhilfen
Als letzten Punkt hätte ich noch die Anregung, dass eine Möglichkeit geschaffen wird kleinen Spielern eine Art Aufbauhilfe zukommen zu lasen. Diese sollte selbstverständlich nicht im Highscore erscheinen. Aber der Legale Weg einem Neueinsteiger (sagen wir bis Level 20?) für den Start etwas Blut zukommen zu lassen fände ich echt super. Ich wäre sofort dabei, da es am Anfang wirklich mühselig ist Blut zu sammeln und hier evtl. auch einfach einem Spielerschwund entgegen gewirkt werden kann.
Ich denke es würden sich einige Spieler finden, sie so etwas mitmachen würden.
So das war's von mir, womöglich erscheint es als wirklich viel Kritik und gejammer ist aber in keinem Fall so gemeint. Es sind lediglich Ideen, die aufgrund der Spielerfahrung einfach mal angesprochen werden. Teilweise frustrieren manche Zustände, aber wo ist das nicht so? Teilweise gibt es bereits jetzt schon super Lösungen um einige Dinge zu umgehen und das Spiel einfacher zu gestalten. Man sollte nur nicht aufhören zu Verbessern. Wozu ist ein Forum sonst da, wenn nicht zum Meinungsaustausch [Image: smile.png]

In diesem Sinne bin ich auf ein Feedback , sowohl vom Team als auch von der Community gespannt.



P.S. Vielleicht kann mir jemand den Sinn/ die Funktion der neuen „Klankriege“ erklären?

Good game with lots to be positive about, I especially like it that there is no energy/crystal required to play. 

I have however ground to a halt and cannot play any longer, my cards are to weak for 1* new levels and the rewards from previously conqured levels are so low it is not worth the effort to play them again. I now need to farm coins and dig holes in the dirt to progress, that is very boring. I hoped this to be a card collecting game iso of a time management game.

Hello Evil Grog,

Thanks for the new updates that are supposed to make the players happy.

First of all, compulsives players that live in the duels list can't help to make the game playable and funny, i mean a game is supposed to be for leisure time not for harassment by certain players who have no life ( except in duels list) 

We could consider harassment as daily attacks 20x 0 without getting any dollars , a little remind a true WAR is getting looting not attacking in true life.
 
Moreover WAR is : dead soldiers, wounded soldiers, destroyed equipment ( bunkers, planes, vehicles...) and not production of dollars in a longtime, considered it's wartime and not gestion game.

will you continue to impose some players in duels list with child mind? In the measure as you modified these lists to get a difference of levels of 21+ obligation to meet the same players for months, between 00-50 members, up to 999 then the category 1000-10 000 where there is a majority of players.

So there are only attacks, no retreat, no cease-fire, in fact no ingredients for true war and not for feeding the strong excitements of a few players that you gave them daily exctasis for little things.

If it's a WAR game, why are the missions not well paid as a true war than a stupid click click duels attacks? the game is supposed to play for adults ( from 16 to adults).

So with the hole that is about to have between players in dollars income, no wonder that a lot of players will leave the game and will search for more active games .

Nevertheless thanks for getting back the project of Gameforge with great improvements and serious. and sorry for the direct style.

Hi, this is a message to Developers of the games, I noticed you are making changes to the game for a better and fair gameplay, by doing this you made all my hard work worthless. I used to teach every new player how to reset bots. This because all old players(when it was gameforge) knew how to do it. I tought the new to balance them with those who already knew.
This said.. In my opinion you should also focus more on a marketing strategy. Most people wont spend €5 for 60 credits. However a lot of them who wont spend €5 might spend €1 for 10 credits. And this money could be used for commercials within other games/apps. That will attract more new people to the game wich in turn lowers the chance that people create fake accounts for Clanzise purposes. In any game whatever is played people will cheat. Its a part of human nature. Like it or dislike it or like me accept it because punishment doesnt change a cheater Wink

  Developer Post "Star Games" for May 2019

This post is a tad bit early, as 1. of May is a holiday in Germany.

Hello again,

 a lot is happening, so here's another developer post to talk about what happened in the last weeks, and what is to come in the near future.

- We've closely monitored the amount of currency earned from bots since our exploit fix last month. As numbers stabilize, we're getting a better grasp of how large the margin between "fair play" and "massive abuse" has been before the fix. This means we'll be looking to increase the currency drop from bots in the near future for all players, as well as reduce the strength of bot defense buildings. This is not a "one time" adjustment, but will be made over the course of several iterations until we reach a state that keeps the game entertaining, and also fair, and we will try to strike a balance between those who prefer to fight bots and those who fight real players, while keeping new features that we'll be adding in sight. Overall, all players will see more "rich" bots with weaker defense buildings. 

- We activated our inactive purge- scripts, which have started to removed accounts below level 4. These were mostly wasting space in the database, and haven't had any interactions with other accounts for extended periods of time. These are mostly from people creating accounts and then leaving the game shortly afterwards and are of no specific value, nor do they provide any income.

- Our next step will be to raise the level of these scripts to their planned value of 7, including an increase in inactivity time required. Again, our numbers show that most of these accounts are never interacted with again, except for being created to artificially increase the clan member numbers of cheating players. As these accounts are removed, the clan numbers will be adjusted accordingly. Again, we will continue to monitor this, and make changes according to what our statistics show us. While you may notice a slight decrease in clan numbers for legit players, there will be large drops for a few players that have created these accounts in the first place, and bring their accounts back in line with normal players. In some situations, such accounts will also be permanently banned. Please remember: We consider multi- accounting an exploit, and abuse will cause permanent bans.

- We have activated some scripts that detect and ban multi- account users. You may have noticed a wave of bans throughout all games. We are highly confident to catch and ban multi- account users through these scripts, even though we haven't activated all of their capabilities yet. We'll be watching carefully, and adjusting different parameters as needed. While the boundaries for this script are very loose currently, we will tighten them very soon. This will include banning the users of "Clone"- Apps, and we also want to point out that having purchased premium currency will not prevent a ban.

- We will be looking at how reporting of players/broadcasts/comments is working. The current system has flaws that cause a high rate of false positives, i.e. players being reported as cheaters while they are in fact not, and at the same time not giving any feedback to the reporters. We'll inform you ahead of time on any changes in this system. 

- We will also add a new type of mission in the near future. This mission will be repeatable multiple times a day and grant you extra rewards, depending on your strengths, but comes with risks.

- We've already raised the level caps for the Star games in general. In the future, raising the level cap will be done once certain criteria in the game are met. We'll announce more information once we're ready for this.

- Different Factions will be coming to the Star Games, and you will be able to join and fight with them. More news on this soon, as we prepare the integration.

- You will be able to enable/disable Retina- Graphics mode in the Settings.

- We will add a Language selection option to the Settings.

- You will be able to select and save your preferred server selection in the Lobby. Of course you will be able to switch through the menu at any time, as usual.

As sad as the topic of banning people is instead of focusing on new game features, we will continue to enforce the rules of the games and create automated processes to prevent abuse and cheating.

Olá, estou tendo problemas com a minha Bot List pois só posso roubar $ 0, tem alguns jogadores na lista que até eu perco para eles e dininando todos os seus Health até que eles desapareçam da lista eles retornam para ele e a lista não está atualizando com novos jogadores, então eu gasto saúde e nenhuma renda no jogo!

Exclamation prehistoric game problem

As you might have noticed we've launched Fantasy Game with only 6 regions. But there's more to come! 

We will release an update shortly that will bring another three regions complete with new adventures, equipment, party members and class badges.


Here's a little preview of what you can expect:

Wow, April already... time flies...

 a lot has happened in the Star Games recently, and we want to take this opportunity to shed some light on what is going on behind the scenes.

First of all, the games have been moved to more powerful hardware and received a software upgrade, which should increase and stabilize performance, especially on slower connections.  Together with an operating system upgrade, we've enabled the options for TLS 1.3  and HTTP2 for all games, as well as some other server side features that the games will benefit from in the future. Through a new upgrade and maintenance procedure, we were able to keep the downtime for all of this to a minimum, and our monitoring shows positive results all across the board. We'll keep our eyes out for any issues on this front.

Next up, we've launched our Lobby feature in testing and will be completing it in the very near future. Additionally to having the option of creating more servers with different settings, we're also looking to create one or more Test servers where we can showcase features before releasing them on the production servers. Along with this, we've released a first batch of servers that slightly differ in game-play. We'll also add an option to select and save your default server to save you some time switching... soon.

We've also added a Coupon section to the games, where players are able to redeem coupons. Look out for free premium coupons on our social media channels in the future!

Next up, we're preparing for an Easter event. This event will be different from the Christmas event. Depending on feedback, other events will be implemented in the future.

We also released Fantasy Game (Android/iOS), the newest of the Star Games. This game is still in early stages, and we'll translate it to different languages. If you're interested in supporting us with translations, feel free to contact us.

Next up: Exploit fixes. With Version 3.1.0 and higher of the Star Games, we've fixed an exploit that a small group of people has been abusing to gain unfair advantages. While we look at "game-play features" very closely before deeming them exploits and monitor these over time, abuse of this specific exploit has grown out of hand to an extent where we were forced to change the system completely. If you see some players you suspected of "farming" (although they technically were not) dropping in ranks now, it's most likely because of this exploit fix. We'll now focus on and look at other questionable practices and look for permanent solutions to them. Stick with us. Please remember that bug abuse is a ban-able offense. We will further monitor the situation and look at the game balance changes this may have introduced, and depending on the results, correct and progress issues that arise.


Important: If you've been playing any of the Star Games normally, you will not be affected by the change described above.

As a next step, we will start to remove inactive accounts from the game when they are inactive for extended periods of time, and under a certain threshold. This will include removing them from your clan list. Our aim here is to condense the duel list to actual active players and worthwhile targets. Additionally, this is another step to prevent abuse by a small group of toxic players that prefer cheating over actual skill. We're closely watching the number of affected players and their respective clan size. We have a very clear numeric picture of what is going to happen and who will be affected to which degree by this change. We are currently looking into a way to notify you of such removals. We'll publish the details for each server once this is in place and activated.

Edit: As some people have contacted us with concerns, we want to clarify: In our current estimates, this will only affect accounts with a level of 10 or below and a very long extended time of inactivity (weeks). Most of these accounts were specifically generated by cheaters to increase clan size and will be removed. Aside from correcting long term cheated clan sizes, this will also bring growth of clans into alignment with future updates.

Of course, we have more plans coming up in the future, and with a little luck you'll be able to test these on our new Test server before we make them publicly available. Some of these plans may include more group content, and more diverse gameplay options to earn currency in the game.

These fixes notwithstanding, we will keep our options open to permanently ban accounts that break the rules or try to cheat the game.
