We're looking at the logfiles and numbers internally and will evaluate this over time.
But there are no intentions to reduce the defences by that large of an amount, as that would clearly benefit specific gameplay types over others.
Bots are not intended to be "free for all". If you chose to run with large defenses, bot strength is one of the consequences you will have to live with.
